About the project

CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN was born of a need to empower NGOs to achieve lift-off and move into a thrive zone. A dedicated mentorship program is being developed by our team to teach NGOs how to successfully achieve their goals and create long-term success.

3 KEY SOLUTIONS

Our Mentorship Program can offer 3 key solutions to help NGO's achieve lift-off and long-term success:

FUNDING AND RESOURCES

• Problem: Limited financial support can hinder the ability to implement projects, conduct research, and build necessary infrastructure.

• Solution: identify potential funding sources and partnerships, create effective fundraising strategies, give guidance through the grant applications, and offer budget management.

EXPERTISE AND SKILLS

• Problem: Accessing technical & operational skills without training is challenging. Disseminating their expertise is also challenging without the right skills. This impedes successful and holistic change.

• Solution: CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN’s agile training and mentorship program ensures success.

• Problem: Administration at national or global levels can be convoluted and intimidating, limiting access to and reducing NGO autonomy.

• Solution: Guidance and assistance in understanding relevant laws, developing compliance strategies, and engaging with policymakers. This support helps NGOs operate effectively within the legal framework and advocate for favourable policies.
